ORDER PROCESSING 

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Weekends are not included in processing and shipping time. Orders placed on Friday after 7am EST, Saturday and/or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Shipping rates vary.

We are unable to process or ship orders to locations outside of the United States through our online website. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING 

Business Days: Monday - Friday, except for federal holidays within the United States, and the day after Thanksgiving.

Orders will be shipped the day after order is placed. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (excluding holidays).

 

Shipping charges are based on order totals and carrier shipping rates. Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days. Second day and overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

 

We are unable to deliver shipments to PO Boxes. International Orders: Except for Canada, we are currently unable to process international orders. WE WANT TO OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS A VARIETY OF SHIPPING OPTIONS HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE THAT IF USPS SHIPPING METHODS ARE CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER, ONCE PACKAGES ARE DELIVERED FROM AMALOU SKIN TO THE USPS, AMALOU SKIN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE DEVLIVERY OR NON-DELIVERY OF PACKAGES SHIPPED VIA USPS. 

SALES TAX 

Amalou Skin™ is currently required to collect sales tax for items being delivered to the state(s) of: Connecticut. 

BACKORDERS & OUT OF STOCK 

If your product order is out of stock, we will send you an email to advise you about it. You will be notified of the likely in-stock date and we will request your confirmation for a backorder, exchange or cancel instructions. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Amalouskin.com will only accept returns on purchases through our website with a receipt and order number. To return or exchange your purchase or for any other order discrepancies, please email us at info@amalouskin.com within 30 days of your purchase. Freight charges will not be refunded and we cannot accept any used skin products after that period. Items that are not refundable include products without the original packaging, products where 30% or more have been used, and/or products purchased more than 30 days from the date of return request.
